A Gentle Process to Restore Calm, Clarity & Balance

Every Distance Reiki session is designed to be easy, comfortable, and centred entirely around you and your circumstances. Here’s how the process works:

Find a quiet, comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed. A few minutes of gentle breathing can help you settle. We’ll begin with a brief chat about how you’re feeling and what you’d like from the session, by video call, phone, or text.

Step 2 – Receive From Anywhere

Once you’re ready, I’ll bring in the healing energy. You can choose to stay connected or enjoy the session in silence.

Relax, rest, and focus on yourself.

Step 3 – Rest & Rebalance

Step 3 – Rest & Rebalance

When the session ends, I’ll invite you to stay resting. Allow at least an hour afterwards to let the energy settle. Many people feel deeply calm, while others feel uplifted and energised.
